  1. REPAIR WARRANTY : All warranties are void if Suprema finds that the product has been abused, physically damaged or altered in any way without prior written authorization.
  2. OUT OF WARRANTY PRODUCTS : Out-of-warranty products are repaired only with the customer’s prior approval of the maximum estimated repair cost. For repair cost estimates, please email as@suprema.co.kr
  3. PACKING : Products must be appropriately packed to avoid damage during shipment. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Do not enclose any accessories, brackets etc.
  4. SHIPPING COST : The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to Suprema. Suprema will be responsible for the cost of shipment back to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items.
  5. Spare parts or products that have been replaced for repair cannot be taken out of Suprema’s possession. Suprema reserves the right to possess.
  6. If Suprema does not receive a reply from the customer within 60 days after the notification that our product inspection has been completed, Suprema may return or dispose of the product after final notification.
